Calling all worship leaders, confident speakers, musicians, singers, and poets!

I'm organising a Christmas Carol Service on Table for Sat 21st, 20:30 GMT and would love to have a variety of people take part! 🌟 I'm looking for worship leaders who would be confident in leading one or two carols as well as confident speakers to do some Bible readings. I'd also like to include a 'performance piece' (someone singing a cappella or playing an instrument) and a Christmas poem - either something you've written or one you've come across before. There'll be opportunities for listeners to be involved throughout the event and some time towards the end for other Table hosts to share about the Table series they run. ☺️ If you'd like to get involved, let me know here or drop a message on Instagram - I've set up the account/ handle "eei_sdr" specifically for my Table series. 😊 Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. 👍 Looking forward to this opportunity to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus together in such a unique and collaborative way. 😊

My divorce story

We were both raised in Christian homes and became Christians in our youth. We met in a vibrant church small group in our late 20s. It was not love at first sight but friendship blossomed after a year or so. One day, he told me that he was interested in being more than friends. I challenged him to pray about it and seek counsel from our pastor. He came back convinced that it was what God was calling him to do. Our pastor was excited about the prospect of us dating. I liked him and felt the same sense of peace after my own praying and seeking counsel, so we started dating. We became such good friends and could talk for hours on end about anything and everything. We fell in love and eventually got engaged after 16 months. We went through marriage counselling sessions with our pastor and his wife and our pastor married us 10 months after getting engaged.
